With advances in medical research, healthcare practitioners are using platelet-rich plasma (PRP) to repair, regenerate and rejuvenate the skin at the cellular level. Platelets are a component of our blood that contain special growth factors that promote cellular regeneration and repair. When infused into the skin with a microneedling device, it will stimulate collagen and elastin production which leads to improvements in skin texture, tone, fine lines, wrinkles, and skin elasticity.

Upon arrival, our provider will draw your blood and place it into a centrifuge to separate your plasma and growth factors from the other components. The resulting PRP is then applied to the face and neck; subsequent treatment with a microneedling device enables the serum to penetrate deep into the skin to enhance collagen production.

In addition to facial rejuvenation, the team at Evolve Aesthetics uses platelet-rich plasma (PRP) to achieve hair restoration. The procedure utilizes a concentrated solution of growth factors derived from your own blood which will be drawn and then placed in a centrifuge in order to separate the platelet-rich plasma from the the accompanying red and white blood cells. The PRP is then injected into the scalp using a small needle while Cryo cooled air from our Zimmer is being delivered for your comfort. Long-lasting results can be realized within 3-6 months of treatment with visible improvements to the thickness and fullness of hair. A series of treatments may be recommended in order to achieve optimal results.
